A weekly schedule will contain the following
Morning weights x3 per week
Individual morning skill/technical workouts x2 per week
Morning/mid-day academy practices x4 per week (55 minute skill sessions/shooting repetitions)
If part of a senior team: Evening practice x5 per week with pre and post game video breakdown sessions.
National competition: league and cup games for junior teams (U18, U20) and senior team.
Schedule is adjusted on a weekly basis because of games for junior/senior teams, to manage workload and not over-train our athletes.
